KnitBouquet occasionally introduces new and seasonal products through limited-time pre-order campaigns. These items are not immediately available for shipment but are offered in advance of their official release or restocking date. Purchasing through pre-order allows you to secure high-demand or exclusive items before general availability.

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This confirms your reservation and ensures that your order will be prioritized once inventory becomes available. Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product page and are provided as a general reference based on production schedules, supplier logistics, and global shipping conditions.

Although we strive to meet these projected timelines, occasional delays can occur due to external factors. Should a delay arise, we will notify all affected customers via email and provide updated estimates along with options where possible.

If you change your mind, you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within forty-eight hours of the original purchase by contacting support@knitbouquet.com. After that period, the order is considered confirmed and cancellations may not be available. Once the product ships, our standard Refund and Return Policy will apply.
