At KnitBouquet, we understand that mistakes happen and that sometimes plans change. We want to be as flexible as possible while maintaining our ability to deliver orders efficiently and fairly. For that reason, customers may request to cancel their order within one hour of placing it.
If you decide to cancel your order during this grace period, please contact our team immediately at support@knitbouquet.com with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and, if the order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment, issue a cancellation confirmation followed by a full refund to your original payment method.
After this one-hour window, orders typically move into the fulfillment phase and may be prepared for shipping by our production partners. At that stage, we can no longer guarantee a cancellation. If your order has already shipped, we kindly direct you to our Refund and Return Policy for further guidance on next steps.
